Sorry the car was a bit on the dirty side as this on our way back of a 1500 mile hike.........

The ride and the seats are very good in the car, not what you my think The main problem was the rain showers, some heavy, but managed the whole trip with out putting on the rag top. You dont get wet if you are moving
The trip was to the "Old Timers Grand Prix @ Nurburgring. It is a three day event and is well worth going to watch original cobras, corvettes, camaros, falcans, galexys and others racing, its brillant
We then came back non motorway via Luxembourg, The roads are great for driving on. I have done this for the last 5 years in the Cobra since I finished her and got her on the road.
Will be planning the trip again next year if you are intrerested . Then you can have a lap, or two round the Nördschleife, (The Old Nurburg Ring), its fun, and you dont have to go mad.... Its 14.7 miles long.
I will post some pictures of some of the racing car once I have resized them.

I have a few friends urging me to visit the 'ring with them. I may do next year, but i have to get my oil under control before the car sees any track use. lol

I hadn't heard of that event...might well look it up. It would be worth having it as an option next to the le mans trip....have you ever been to that?
